Tooligans is a home improvement and roofing company based in Goa, India. We provide roofing repairs, false ceiling, aluminium works, and metal fabrication services across all of Goa.

We only collect what we need to get back to you and do the job properly.

Through WhatsApp:

  • Details about your roofing or home problem — type, location, urgency
  • Photos you choose to share for assessment

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or any sensitive personal information.

  • To assess the scope of your job before we arrive
  • To send you a quote or follow up on ongoing work

4. WhatsApp Chatbot

Our WhatsApp chatbot, Bolt, is an intake assistant. It asks a few questions about your roof or home problem so our team is prepared before calling you back.

  • Bolt does not give quotes or prices — it only gathers information
  • Conversations are reviewed by our internal team for follow-up
  • WhatsApp messages are also subject to Meta's own Privacy Policy

By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to us using that information to respond to your enquiry.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Enquiry details: up to 12 months after your last interaction
  • Completed job records: up to 3 years for warranty and service history
  • WhatsApp logs: retained by WhatsApp per Meta's policy; relevant details stored internally
