Tooligans provides home improvement services across Goa — roofing repairs and installation, false ceiling work, aluminium fabrication, welding, and metal works.

All jobs are subject to a site visit, a confirmed quote, and agreed payment terms before work begins.

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued
• Prices may be revised after a site visit if the actual scope differs from what was described
• Site visits and initial consultations are free of charge
• GST is applicable and will be clearly stated on your invoice

• A booking is confirmed when you agree to the quote via WhatsApp, email, or in writing
• To cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice
• If materials have already been procured for your job, you may be charged for those costs on cancellation

• Payment terms are agreed before work begins — typically a deposit upfront, balance on completion
• We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cash
• Full GST invoices are provided for all completed jobs
• Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days may result in paused work on any ongoing projects

• We provide a workmanship warranty on all jobs — duration stated in your quote
• Warranty covers defects in our work, not damage from storms, structural issues, or misuse
• Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer's own terms

To raise a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos and a description of the issue.

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues that weren't visible or disclosed before work began
• We are not responsible for damage from extreme weather events after job completion
• Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out

• Ensure our team has safe and clear access to the work area
• Inform us of any known structural issues, asbestos, or hazardous materials before we begin
• Be present (or have a representative present) at the start of the job to confirm scope

We use WhatsApp as our primary communication channel. By messaging us, you agree that:

• Quotes and confirmations shared via WhatsApp are considered valid and binding
• Our chatbot (Bolt) collects intake information only — it does not make commitments on our behalf
• A human from our team will always follow up before any work is confirmed

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our work, contact us first. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we can't resolve it between us, disputes will be handled under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Goa.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
